Ashton Mill - North Silo handover

Fictional SiloSentry demonstration. All equipment observations below are simulated.

Monitor: SS-AM-01 | Installer / support: Sam | Engineering: Alex | Customer contact: Jo

Installation context

Interface baseline: revision B (see Interface review - rev B.md).
Capacity: 120 m3. Low threshold: 25 m3. Input: level, measured height in millimetres.
Calibration: see North Silo calibration.csv. This illustrative table is not a validated vessel calibration.

Support investigation

Symptom: North Silo remains at 68.2 m3 while its reading timestamp ages.
Checked: gateway still connected; North reading ten minutes old; South Silo still reporting. An old reading does not establish that the silo is empty.
Action in the reference run: resume the simulator's sensor reports.
Verified: fresh 68.2 m3 observation appears; North stale-data alert clears. South's separate low-level condition remains.
Not verified: physical sensor, wiring or an actual field repair. These require the equipment maker's commissioning and support procedure.

Next owner and next action

Alex: investigate startup readiness on real bench hardware before proposing a release.
Sam: record physical inspection and commissioning results when available; retain the revision B baseline.
Jo: explain the fresh reading and completed software checks; do not describe the simulator recovery as a field repair.
